The CDN 6/02/43 reported that AC2 Winger and his wife and daughter spent a weekend at his parent’s home Mr. and Mrs. Harold Winger in Vienna, ON. Reported being from Chatham in the article and picture of “Windsor and District Men Are Presented With Wings’ (Paper unknown) He was reported to be from Wallaceburg on the CFCO program Kent County Family Almanac of 1945

Comments: Flew full tour of 37 Missions: On September 6, 1945 with other Dresden service men received gold ring from town of Dresden at Market Square ceremony.
