He was the son of Henry White and his mother were living at Beanland Parade IIkley, Yorkshire, England.

Franklin was the father of Geoffrey 8 years old and Irene age 5 years.

Age: 30 yrs. Height: 5’ 7 ½”, Girth: 36”, Complexion: Fair, Eyes: Blue, Hair, Auburn, Weight: 140 #. Medical: 25/03/16 at Chatham – “Fit”. He was at Camp Borden 15/09/16 on Routine exam 

At some point they moved to Hamilton, ON. living at 10 Augusta, St. There was also a residence at 18 Beattie St., Chatham, ON. He was TOS 25/03/16 with the 186th Batt. Transferred to No.1.S.S. Coy discharged 9/05/17.

He was supposed “Medically Unfit.” 9/05/17 It appears that his medical has after sailing from Halifax on the S.S.Lapland 28/03/17. 

He was Discharged 9/05/17 to the Board: With the following remarks:

In the estimation of the Board this man has no disability. And feels as good now as when he enlisted. Heart and Lungs sound and general condition – good.” Chatham Medical Board 7/03/17 

Is he unfit for Military Service – No. Recommendation That he be retained in the service of some overseas unit,

Date of Death: 24 August, 1977 at Chatham, ON.
