B. and Annie Warner of Wheatley. A single automobile mechanic living in Wheatley. Single. Attestation: 28 March, 1916 at Windsor, On. Age: 22 yrs. 9 mos, Height: 5’ 9”, Girth : 36”, Complexion: Fair, Eyes: Blue, Hair: Light, Weight: 150 #. Medical 28/03/1916 at Windsor, ON. “Fit” though his left foot was flat foot. 

Enlisted to No.2 CASC O/S. Depot. He was serving with the Motor”, Transport Command. 8/05/16 while at Moore Barracks at C.H. S-cliffe he came down with Diphtheria. He was discharged 12/06/16  It was while he was working on a Lorry (truck) engine accidentaly backfired resulting in a serious injury to his right arm. He was badly bruised and was admitted to St. Lukis Hospital 9/05/17 and discharged 16/05/17 while at Halifax, NS.

2/08/17 aboard the Hospital Ship “Princess Elizabeth” and posted to the CASC at the Shorncliffe Depot. He was Discharged in England 22/07/1918.

Henry was determined to return to France and was SOS from the CASC and appointed “Flight Cadet with  

11/05/18 he transferred to the RAF at Woking as a Cadet 25236, 11/05/18 he would transfer to the new RAF, it is presumed that he died in a training accident.
