Date of Discharge 9/09/1919. “This man has enlargement the size of a walnut in the lower left inguinal region which gives slight impulse on coughing disappearing almost entirely when lying down. Otherwise physically fit.” He was supplied a truss. Placed in Category (C1). Left Inguinal Hernie.
