Apparent Age: 18 yrs. 10 mths.: Height: 5’ 7”, Girth: 34 ½”: Complexion: Fair, Eyes: Blue, Hair: Light Brown. Tattoo – left forearm (Scottish Thistle and 241St Bn. Weight: 124#. [not sure when the tattoo came on his arm ?] JRH. Medical: at Chatham, ON. 16/06/17 at Chatham, classified “Fit”  

9/07/17 at Central Training.  WOR – England 31/12/17 – to B’Shott. A page: 40 Smith Place Columbus, Ohio, USA. Admitted 3/02/18 – 5/03/19). Central Training Depot: – 25th Regt. 1917, 30 June  to Aug. 5/03/18 – reported with  Mumps. Disc. 5/03/18. 15/07/18 was entitled to wear a Blue chevron.    

4th Res. 1918  – 4/02 – 12th Cdn. Arrived in Halifax to board the S. S. Garmpian 21/12/17. 1st Dep. Batt. 1917 30 to Dec. 1917 at Bramshott – with 4th Cdn. Res. Bn. Reported to have had  a second bout with the Mumps. He was discharged with his service at home.

Departed Canada at Halifax – aboard the Empress of Britain. 7/01/18 on arrival from Canada to Bramshott 31/12/17.

6/05/18 – SOS “Minor” – Witley – 29/06/18 “Returned to Canada, (Weight 145#. “First Class: “No wife or dependent in the British Isles.”  2nd Day – fever – gone 5/03/18. “Recovered – War Service Gratuity for a total of $280.00,

16/05/18 – Ceased to be attached to depot – TOS. Harvey was in Tilbury 22/06/18. No. 1 Dist. Depot – Posted to casualty Co. – furlough 21/07/18 – Granted a extension of furlough 21/07/18 to 23/07/18. 2/08/18 was discharged from HMS as a Granted a extension of furlough 21/07/18 to 23/07/18, was discharged from HMS as a discharged from HMS as a minor – CAT – “A4”             

TOS – Embarked for  CANADA from Liverpool 22/06/18 – LOAD # 83.
