History After Enlistment… Trained at Brandon, Prince Rupert and Kitislano. Served as Clerk-accountant.

The CDN 5/03/43 had been stationed on the west coast with the RCAF. He arrived home to visit his wife and baby son Keith and seeing his parents Mr. and Mrs. J. A. Vanstone, Scane St. Chatham.           

The CDN 11/05/44 reported that Mrs. Vanstone and baby Keith left for Vancouver BC to join her husband who was then stationed on the west coast. His wife Margaret and son Keith were reported to have arrived in Vancouver to spend a furlough with his parents Mr. and Mrs. J. A. Vanstone and a Mr. and Mrs., Sam Alliston. CDN 7/12/44.
