Transfer to 64th Bn. 24/05/17 to 31/11/17. Unit CFA. Theatre: France. Date of Service 10/10/18. Address: 320 Maitland Ave., Peterborough, ON.    

1/01/18 was admitted to the Cdn. Special hospital – Witley. He was Discharged 4/03/18 for treatment of VDG. He would return to Witley 7/03/18 for treatment of VDG and discharged 3/05/18.   

It was reported 26/03/18 that William was seriously ill an was in 7th Cdn. General Hospital at LeTreport. 15/10/1919 was suffering Lobar Pneumonia. 19/10/18 Rem. from serious illness. Listed to 7th General Hosp.- Le Treport 20/1/18 to 24/10/18.  

11/10/18 was admitted to 27 Cdn. General Hospital – Etasles P.U.O. –Seriously ill – Lobar Pneumonia 20/10/18.

Rem. from serious illness. Listed to 7th General Hosp.- Le Treport 20/10/18 to 24/10/18. Still ill and transferred to Berringston War Hosp. Underhay W. G. age 20 yrs. CE. 21/10/18, Shreiostrery to Epson Military Conv. Hosp. – Wocote 17/12/18, chest clear. Expect good H. Neg. – No disability  William was discharged 6/01/19.

Summery of hospitalizations:

Gonorrhoea : 31/12/17 – 4/03/18.  6/03/18 – 3/05/18 – Apparently cured.

Pneumonia : Burlington: 21/10/18 – 16/12/18 Right side, Clearing up – Condition – Good. Cough but no fever 16/12/18 – improved.

Gen. Hosp.:- 16/12/18 – 6/01/19 Pneumonia – Chest clear – improved 16/12/18. Epson 16/12/18 – 6/01/19  – Pneumonia.   

Reported on S.S. “Belgic” returning from O/S duty. From Liverpool 23/09/19  2/03/1919 Arv. Halifax NS. Granted a furlough With Subs to 20/03/19.

21/03/19 – 63rd Depot Batt. Discharge: 25/03/1019 at London, ON
