Age at enlistment 23 yrs. 4 mos. Height: 5’ 5 ½ “, Complexion: Dark, Eyes: Blue, Hair: Dark Brown. Eye sight 30/20 R. / 30/20 L., Hearing: Normal. Medical at London, ON. 10/10/17. 

TOS with 1st Depot Batt. WOR 7th Regt. Departed Canada aboard S,S, Missanable 21/12/17 from St. John 18/12/17. Disembarked – England 31/12/17.

With the 1st Bn. 13/04/18 and was KIA 14/04/18 WOR 

The Memorial Cross came to Mrs. Laney Tunks (mother) and the Memorial Plaque and Scroll to Mr. David Tunks (father). The Army stopped the mother’s allowance 1/05/18. She did receive his “Will”.
