Of 44 McKeough Ave., Chatham the wife of Captain Robert Winston Churchill (no relation to the English PM.), also of the US Army. A graduate of the Henry Ford hospital in Detroit, Michigan she enlisted with the US Army 15 September, 1943 and was stationed in New Guinea on one of the nearby islands for almost a year.
Lieut. Taylor arrived back in the United States 1 March, 1945 where she met her future husband a doctor also in the service. CDN 19/06/45.
