Resident Chatham

The son of Mr. and Mrs. J. Edward Taylor of Cross St. in Chatham. His father served in the 186th Batt. in the Great War. A student at St. Joseph’s Separate School.

The CDN 20/05/43 reported that AC2 Taylor left in the morning for Edmonton AB. where he would be stationed. Prior to his leaving Mrs. Taylor gave a small dinner party in her son’s honour.  The CDN 15/09/44 reported Ted had enlisted in the RCAF shortly after his 17th birthday. In September of 1944 he was stationed on the west coast. CDN 15/09/44.
