Driver R. Sutherland enlisted August 9th, 1915 in 29th Battery C.F.A. and after training in Canada  proceeded overseas and reached France June 13th, 1916., Evacuated to England April 1918, Saw service in Northern Russia, with the 16th, Brigade C.F.A. from October 15th, 1918 till June 15th, 1919.

Driver R. Sutherland was discharged July 29th, 1919, due to demobilisation.
