WO11 [Warrant Officer Second Class] Stickney was from Wheatley. He had just started training with the Canadian Army when WW2 ended. He went on to serve with the Oxford RIfles in Korea. He ran a successful furniture store in Wheatley for many years.   He was born in 1927 and died in 2012.
