The son of Mr. and Mrs. Robert Stewart of 218 Joseph St., Chatham, ON. The husband of Maxine (nee Whaley) residing at 30 Taylor Ave., Chatham.Twenty-nine when he enlisted in April of 1943. He trained at Chatham and Camp Ipperwash. 

It was reported in the CDN 1/11/44 who was with a reinforcement unit in England.
