Reported in hospital 7/02/1919 No. 5 General Hospital  for Diarrhea. Transferred to General Military Hospital – Colchester 26/02/19, Transfer to Cdn. Military Hospital – Woodcote Park – Epson and discharged from hospital 31/03/19.

Returned to Canada aboard the HMT – Regina. Departed Liverpool 20/05/19 arrived Halifax 28/05/19. Mediacl upon arrival in Canada 31/05/19 reported “free from Vermin, Venereal and infectious disease.
