Attestation: 18/01/1915 at Chatham, ON. to 33rd Bn. Age: 21 years, 5’6”, Complexion: Medium / Eye: Brown / Hair: Brown. Medical 8/01/1915 at Chatham, ON. to 33rd overseas Batt. 14/10/1915.

Sailed for England 13/03/1916.

Declared a Deserter 26/07/15 and confessed. He was hospitalized 6/06/16 (Gonorrhoea). “Apparently cured.”  19/05/16 fit for General Services.   

Robert was discharged  due to Demobilization 18/07/1919. He Served in  “CANADA ONLY”. Age at discharge 25 years 6 Mos. At London, ON. 

Robert passed away in 1975. (V. Southgate)
