James was born in Chatham, Ontario on March 12th, 1925.

Next of Kin: Mrs. Dorothy (Paullus) Skipper, 3178 Church Street, Windsor Ontario.  They had 5 children, Brent, Brenda, Mark, Paul and Denise.

Parents are Charles and Chloe Skipper, Sister Helan Eynd Skipper, and brothers William, Robert.

James enlisted in Chatham, Ontario; Address at Enlistment, R.R. 1 Tilbury East.

Theatre of Service, 1 ½ years till end of the war;

James’ brother writes:  “James was a very ambitious and successful farmer and had acquired more land over the years, but his life ended in a farm related accident on his farm in Raleigh Township when he was 34 years of age.”
