Born in Chatham, ON. 2 March, 1913, the son of Greta (nee Kerr) Skinner. Enlisted in the Kent Regiment transferred to the Perth Regt. Served only in ‘Canada Only’. Was training on motorcycles.

It was reported in the CDN 11/07/44 in the hospital bed beside Capt. Cy Steele who was recuperating from his wounds.

He was reported discharges from the army 4/09/46.
