The son of Mr. and Mrs. David Schram of Barthe St., Chatham, ON. The Husband of Molly (nee Moore) residing at 98 Joseph St., Chatham. The brother of two still serving with Canadian forced abroad in November 1945.

Previous Military Experience: Trained with the 2nd Kent Regiment. Appears on the “Muster Roll” of the 2nd Bn., Kent Regiment (MG), N.P.A.N. (date unknown).

Russell would transfer as a Cpl. A55150 RCOC. Enlisted in Chatham or Windsor.

A veteran of five years Army service in England, France, Belgium, Holland and Germany.  Russell was reported returning from overseas aboard the Queen Elizabeth. CDN 1/11/45(P) KCFA 1/11/45
