Attestation: 17/02/1915 at Guelph, ON. Age 18 yrs., Height: 5’ 6”. Girth 34”, Complexion Fair, Eyes: Brown, Hair: Brown. “pigmentation mark lower part of back.   

Albert arrived in England, crossing the Atlantic aboard the S.S. California 17/03/16.  Reported overseas 23/10/15. At Bramshott 9/01/16 to 15/01/16 recovering from Influenza. Recovered. His mother and father had moved to 366 Crawford St., Toronto, ON.

22/06/18 transfer to 2nd M.G. – Field. He was granted a 14 day leave returning 30/11/17. 17/08/18 he rejoined from .Camp and was KIA 3/10/18 M,M.
