Son of Mr. and Mrs. Walter Robertson of 108 Park Avenue, Chatham, ON., brother of  Robert G. V62463. Pte. Robertson was reported as having been wounded in Holland and was recuperating in hospital CDN 17/02/45 and CDN 02/45.

Appears on the “Muster Roll” of the 2^nd Bn., Kent Regiment, (MG), N.P.A.N. (date unknown). William would later transfer to the RCASC as a Pte.
