The son of Mr. and Mrs. James Robertson of Merlin, Kent Co., ON.

The husband of Thelma Bernice (nee Booth). The MS 13/03/41 reported that Kenneth was leaving for the RCAF Manning Pool in Toronto to begin his training. Kenneth was reported at home from Toronto for a week-end leave in the MS 10/04/41, A  week later he was at the RCAF recruiting Station in Windsor MS 17/04/41 The MS 28/08/41 reported that Ken was home on a week-end leave.

The Merlin Standard 9/10/41, reported LAC Roberson was home on a two week leave from RCAF-Windsor. The MS 23/10/41 reported that LAC Kenneth Robertson attended a Chicken supper at the Merlin United Church. He was back at RCAF – Windsor after a two week leave at home. MS 30/10/41

The CDN 22/04/43 reported he was married at St. Andrew’s Presbyterian Church to Thelma Bernice Booth.

The MS 13/01/44 reported Cpl. Robertson spent a few days with his mother Mrs. J. W. Robertson. The MS 13/07/44 reported that his wife, then living in Windsor, ON was visiting with Cpl. Robinson who was stationed with the RCAF – Moncton, NB. The MS 20/07/44 reported Cpl. Robertson had been transferred from Moncton NB. to RCAF-Bagotville, PQ. The Merlin Standard 1944 (date unknown) reported he had spent two weeks in Merlin and Windsor.  

James passed away 8 May, 2005.
