Gunner William James Riseborough trained with the 63rd Battery at Petewawa and London, going overseas December 3rd, 1917. He was stationed at Witley Camp, Surrey, until proceeding to France April 2nd, 1918, when he was transferred to the 10th Battery, C.F.A. and later to the 19th Battery. He served with that unit till the end of the war when he was sent to England and then to Canada.
Discharged May 27th 1919 due to demobilization.
