Born in Chatham, ON. The adopted son of Fred and May. Married and was living on Colburne St., Chatham, ON., with his wife Winnifred Mae “Winnie”.

He enlisted in the Army in January,1939; and serve as an Orderly at Camp Bordon until his discharge 6/07/1942.

The father of Ken, Lorna (List), Shirley (Siddall), Elizabeth (Gagner) Larry (1984) and Jimmy (2014) Fred passed away in 1991. IODE(P), CDN-Obit (wife) 15/10/14.
