Shirley was born in 1920 the son of William F. and Electa Rhue, of North Buxton, Ontario. Shirley was the youngest of eleven children. Shirley’s parents spent a Sunday at BTC No. 12 to see their son. MS 13/11/41 Both Norval and Shirley Rhue were on a Sunday leave to visit their parents at North Buxton. MS 4/12/41
