Born 7/08/1924 in Chatham, ON. the son of James Cecil and Hazel May (Chinnick) Rhodes, the brother of Jay C. “Dusty” (RCNVR). He enlisted in London ON., with the RCNVR.He was discharged from the Navy in July 1943 and whereupon he enlisted in the RCAF in Toronto Manning Centre and was discharged from the RCAF in December, 1944.
He married Mary Ellen (nee Pleasance) and they had three children: Janice, Susan and Shane.
Ted passed away 28 July, 1972 and is buried at St. Anthony’s Cemetery, Chatham, ON. J. Currie-notes.
