Of Chatham, the son of Russell and Alice Reeve of 32 Lacroix Street, Chatham, ON. The husband of Olive, father of Brian, Chris, Harold, Rose and Ron.

Served overseas seven months. Made one complete trip overseas.

The CDN 27/03/45(P) reported that Stan had been home on leave from Shelbourne, NS. to see his parents. The CDN 26/06/45(P) reported that Stan was home on a furlough before proceeding to the Pacific.

After the war, “Stan was well known as the “Milkman” of Chathan Kent in which he began his early career delivering to households by horse and carriage” CDN 16/01/15. He was employed by Glover’s Dairy and Silverwood’s Dairy. An avid fisherman he spent many hours in his boat on Rondeau Bay and would share his catch with both family and friends.

Date of Discharge: April 1, 1946

Stan passed away Wednesday, 14 January, 2015 at the age of 89 years.
