At Discharge: – Age 45 years “Feeling  MEDICALLY UNFIT. “ – Through cause not due to Military Service.” This man is 45 years old, has a rapid pulse and is quite stout. Has gained much in weight since enlisting. Before enlistment worked as a stave cutter, since as a cook.  Date of Discharge 19/03/17.
