The WN 25/03/43 reported a postcard received by George Leonard Dawe, RCNVR stationed in Halifax NS., from his friend Frank and was published as follows:

29 Nov. 1942.

Dear Len: Just a few lines to let you know that I am in the best of health, hoping the same of you. There isn’t much more that I can say on this card except Merrt Christmas and Happy New Year. Sincerely yours Frank
