Born 25/04/1922 in Dresden, ON. The husband of Geraldine, they married in 1943, they had a daughter

Jack enlisted in Widsor, ON. 4/09/1942, trained as an L.A.A. Gunner he served overseas in England and Continental Europe.  Promoted to A/Cpl. 16/05/1944 he was wounded in action in France with a GSW to his elbow resulting in a fracture. Discharge 26/10/1945.

He started farming in Moore Twsp while also working at McKay Construction and then worked at the Lampton Generating Station. When he retired he and Geraldine moved to Brighten after Jack sufferd a stroke.

Jack passed away 15 August, 1983.
