Pte. Albert E. Pegg trained with the 186th Battalion at London, Camp Borden and Chatham, going overseas in March 1917. After training at Bramshott Camp, he was drafted for France transferring to the 18th Battalion. November 12th, 1917, he was admitted to Hospital in England suffering from trench foot, and upon recovery given light duty at Bramshott.
