Private Peck left London, Ontario January 19th, 1916 arrived in England January 30th and then left England for France February 16th. He was detailed to the 4th Canadian Field Ambulance of the 2nd Canadian Division.
Private Peck wounded on the Somme, September 15th, 1916, by shrapnel to the head and was returned to England October 8th, 1916 as a patient in the Sheffield War Hospital and later transferred to Moore Barracks Hospital at Shorncliff May 1917. He was then again transferred to the Canadian Red Cross Special Hospital Buxton England. He returned to Canada in August 1919.
Discharged August 29th, 1919.
