Private Arthur B. Peacock left Canada for overseas August 12th, 1916, and proceeded to France February 8th, 1917, to the 31st Battalion. He received wounds July 7th, 1917, in the right forearm necessitating the amputation of the arm July 10th, 1917. After hospital treatment he was returned to Canada March 28th, 1918.
Private Arthur B. Peacock received his honorable discharge at Toronto, August 20th, 1918, being medically unfit for further military service. He returned to Calgary September 25th, 1918, attending school under the Civil Re-establishment Department.
