Age: 38 yrs. old. 20/12 Serv. (1) GSW (2 ) Buttocks – This officer reports after on month is on leave and greatly improved. Wounds well healed and stiffness of muscles gone. Appetite good. Perkins Bull Hosp. Age 38 yrs., served 20/12. I.G.S.W.  (2) Buttocks 25/05/17. Hh has improved. There is no stiffness, no tenderness, has frequent urination. Urine Examination – negative. Is depressed. He requires rest in the country . – No one month GSW – Perkins Bull Hosp. “He is quit weak, back slightly stiff and tender on pressure site of injury. Injury ‘slight – not permanent. (4 months).
