Noted: Saroee Camp:- With Influenza Hospital with Pleurisy. Ran a very severe attack of Influenza in Camp Hospital where he had been confined for four weeks – Was admitted to General Hospital running a morning temp of 101.4 – exted. Transferred from hospital 23/12/18 t0 23/12/18 – Condition throughout improved. Pulse from 92 to 74 as an average. Cough – nil. No night sweets. Eats’ and sleeps well. No pain chest.

Family history: Brother died of T.B. – Seven years ago. His parents both died – Father died of Paralysis and his Mother died of Cancer of the Uterus.
