1916 10/02/16  to 15/07/16. Transferred to 36th Bn. – Unit sailed 28/06/1916. 6/07/16 admitted to 1st General Hospital at Liverpool with Rubella; 22/07/16 Bearwood – after contracting Measles 1/08/16 Woodcote Park – Epson contracted Myaliga and Measles.   

3/04/16 Hemorrhoids – discharged 24/4/16 required an operation 4/04/16 – discharged 24/04/16. Arrived in England 6/07/1916. 14/08/16 – Complained of pain in his ankle, knees and Hips.  

Served in France dated 11/03/17. Last address was : Highgate, Kent Co., ON. WITH 12TH BN. – WITLEY – 5/12/17 to 124th Bn. in France 9/03/17. George served in France, with 12th Bn. Cdn. Engineers.
