Date of service 24/10/15. (latest address: Richard Paget, 647 Russell St., Sandwich, ON. – Mother – Mrs. Sara Paget, 2 Olimda Rd., Stamford Hill, North London, England).

Good result with vaccination. Or not, contracted “ Influenza”: outer pool. 5th Field Ambulance 23/05/15. Influenza Outpool 1/08/15 4/08/15, soar throat, pains in stomach and no bowel movement in 4 days. Outpool,  22/08/15 – Camp Kent, and  Moore Barracks 23/08 to 29/09/15 Pleurisy. Awarded four days leave. Transfer from 7th CMR.

Embarked for overseas from Folkstone 24/10/15 to the 5th Cdn. Mounted Rifles. Theatre: France, date of service 24/10/15. Arrived in France. Transferred to 5th CMR as ‘reorganization’.
