His Will was to Miss Sambell.    Unable to locate next of kin. Transferred from 91st to 186th Bn. for overseas. Embarked from Canada from Halifax NS. 25/03/17. Debarked at England at Liverpool 7/04/17.   

Forward TOS to segregation Camp at Bramshott – TOS 4th Cdn. Reserve. Proceeded to 18th Bn. 7/09/17 and to 2nd Can. 8/09/17. Was in action with the 18th Bn. $/04/18 received a GSW to his Right Shoulder 11/05/18. Taken to Cdn. Stat. Hospital and he would DOW 4/04/18 received in action.
