Peter immigrated from Scotland in 1930 and had lived in Eireau ever since arriving in Canada, The brother of Mrs. Alvin Emerick of Eireau. Peter was reported to have spent a two week leave to spend with his wife and son (Peter) in Blenheim.

Peter has three brothers in Scotland serving in the army, navy and air force. CDN 19/02/42 (P).
