Born in Montreal, PQ. 21/09/21, the son of George Napper. Enlisted in Chatham, ON. Served overseas in Germany where he was taken as a POW. It was reported that he lost an index finger, the result of his interigation by the Germans for refusing to divulge the location of his platoon. He was held as a POW for approximately six months.
Lieut. Napper passed away in 1970.
