Born in 1927 the son of Thomas and Mary Jane Mullaly of 31 ½ Emma St., Chatham, Brother of James Joseph. Prior to his enlistment he worked for Glover’s Dairy in Chatham.  CDN 5/01/44

Thomas enlisted in the artillery in August (CDN) or October (IODE) of 1942. Went overseas in December of 1942 stationed in England and was serving in Italy when on 7 December,1943 he was wounded. He had first gone into action during the invasion of Sicily. An anti-aircraft gunner in the mountains of Italy where all of their equipment and food was brought up on pack mules. Lost the forth and fifth fingers on his right hand. IODE-IS.

Thomas passed away 14/03/1986.
