The son of Col. And Mrs. P. K. Morley of Chatham, ON.

John had been following a career on the stage when the war broke out for the USA and he joined the USN. He was serving on a minesweeper in the Mediterranian area. The CDN 1/03/45 reported John home on leave before rejoining his ship.
