The son of Dr. and Mrs. T. H. McColl of Tilbury.  In December of 1942, Captain McColl was on leave from Centralia to visit his parents. Was transferred from Centralia, ON. To Three Rivers, PQ. in February of 1943. TT18/02/43. In September of 1943 it is reported that Captain Duncan is now with the Canadian Army Dental Corps (CADC) after a two weeks leave at his parents home. TT16/09/43.

The CDN 30/12/43 reported on leave from Cetralia for New Years with his parents. The CDN 30/12/43 reported that Capt. McColl would spend New Years leave with his parents.
