The son of Mrs. Charles Corner of Camden.
Charles enlisted in July 1942 with the Windsor Recce Battalion, trained an Dundurn, SK. and went overseas with the battalion in July 1943. He went to France in the fall of 1944 and had seen a lot of action since then.
In March of 1945 his mother received notice that Pte. McAdams had received a gun shot wound in his right arm and chest, he was not on the dangerously wounded list. CDN 7/03/45.
