Pte. Allen L. Malott trained with the 186th Battalion in Canada, going overseas in March, 1917. After continued training at Bramshott Camp he proceeded to France September 10th, 1917, transferring to the 18th Battalion. Here he took a machine gun course and during active service was gassed at Levi n. later he was transferred to 1st Batt with which unit he remained until he returned to Canada in July 1919.
Discharged at London July 17th 1919 due to demobilization.
