“Medical History of an Invalid. Age 46 years 9/03/17 – School teacher. 186th Batt., 1/12/15 – 7/03/17. 186th Bn. This man is 36 years of age on July 1916. He has a good physical and his arteries are excellent. Small scar below inner malleolus left foot – Transferred to Forestry battalion.
