The son of George and the late Mrs. Lozon. Enlisted in August of 1940 with the First Kents. The CDN 12/03/43(P) reported he had arrived overseas according to his wife the former Gladys (nee Hicks)who was residing on Edgar Street in Chatham.

Trained in Canada and transferred later to the Canadian Army Corps. Proceeded overseas and served in England, France, Belgium, Holland and Germany. received the regular service medals.
