Surgeon Probationer Harold S. Little served three years with the Canadian Officers’ Training Corps, Toronto University.

Surgeon Probationer Harold S. Little left for England May 24th, 1917, and after six weeks’ training at the British Naval Hospital Haslar, Gosport, England, he was appointed, in August 1917, Surgeon Probationer on H.M.S. Grasshopper. In October 1917 he transferred to the H.M.S. Ossory on Which he remained until August 1918.

Surgeon Probationer Harold S. Little returned to Canada August 15th, 1918, in order to complete his course in Medicine.
