Corporal Daniel Lilley went overseas with the 186th Battalion March 26th, 1917, proceeding to France August 23rd, 1917. November 4th, 1917, he was gassed and was returned to Hospital in England for treatment. Upon recovery he trained at Bramshott, crossing again to France the first of September 1918.
