The son of Mr. and Mrs F. Legue of Edgar St., Chatham, brother of Yo Legue also serving in the RCNVR. Harold was employed at the Chatham Daily News prior enlisting at HMCS Hunter at Windsor, ON. CDN 23/06/44.

Prior to his enlisting in the Navy he had enlisted in the Army A118879.  Harold was home on a week-end furlough from HMCS Hunter at Windsor, ON. CDN 23/06/44.

The CDN 20/01/45 reported that AB Legue of HMCS Hunter was home on a weekend furlough.
