Of Wallaceburg, ON.  Born in Wallaceburg, ON., in 1926. The son of Henry and Ida (nee Normanden) Laprise. The brother of Ernie, Rose (Wells), Lucille (Caron) Eva, Theresa (Dietrict) and Dennis. The husband of Maurita (nee Orton); the father of Maureen (Crowder) and Paul.

The WN 27/01/44 reported that was stationed at HMCS Cornwallis, NS. at Collingwood ‘D-6’.  The Wallaceburg News reported that Raymond ws stationed at HMCS Stadacona at Halifax, NS. WN-date unknown.

Raymond passed away 17 March, 1991 at the age of 65 years old.  Internment at Riverview Cemetery – Wallaceburg, ON.
